Dear Guardians of the Groove,

This is a very exciting time for our beloved WWOZ! Our Spring Membership Drive begins tomorrow and I hope we can count on your support during this pivotal time for our station. You can become a member today at wwoz.org/donate.

For the last few months WWOZ has been operating out of a temporary space on the third floor of Jax Brewery while we await construction on our new home which will occupy the entire 5th floor of the building. Renovations are currently underway and we will be moving soon after Jazz Fest in May!

Once completed, WWOZ will occupy the entire top (fifth) floor of The Jax Brewery Millhouse building located at 600 Decatur Street. With over 7,000 square feet of interior space and use of balconies and terraces overlooking the French Quarter and the Mississippi River, it will allow us space for our entire

staff under one roof, beautiful studios for our show hosts and musicians, as well as room for volunteer projects.

It also gives us the opportunity to add picturesque views to our award-winning programming so you can feel like you’re right here with us no matter where you are in the world.
